1:ORDERS
Most of our products are needed engraving service right after you order our products. So please allow us engrave the products you ordered around 2 to 3 business days. Most of time, it is going to be out for delivery sooner than it is supposed to.

2:SHIPPING
The shipping will be made after allowing 2-3 business days for engraving or production right after the order. The shipping notification will be emailed right after it was delivered to USPS.
Most of products will be mailed by Medium Size Flat Rate Box, or different size of Flat Rate Boxes based on the size of the products.
3:GIFT SHIPPING

3:RETURNS
You may return your products when there is damages or any flaws on the product. You may contact Ryan, alohafevers@gmail.com, for his service. Generally return is allowed for one week after you received your products.
